
To reserve space on any adventure:
1. Contact laura@fronteraadventure.com with questions and concerns.
2. Send a $500 deposit to:

- Checks should be made out to Frontera Adventures or Laura C. Williams.
- We can arrange a bank transfer if this is a better option for you.
3. Once your deposit is received, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with important information. Attached to this e-mail will be 3 Word documents.

4. At your earliest convenience, please fill-out, sign, and return the release of liability and personal information forms. Send or fax the completed forms to the contact information listed above.
Deposit
· A $500 deposit must be received to reserve space on any adventure.
Payment
· Full payment must be received 60 days prior to the departure date.
At this time we are only able to receive checks and bank transfers.
Refunds and cancellations
· You may cancel up to 60 days prior to the scheduled departure date; however, you will forfeit your deposit.
· Cancellation after 30 days prior to the departure date, assumes total forfeit of all monies paid.
· We reserve the right to cancel any trip for lack of registrants, no less than 30 days prior to the departure date.
· In the event of a cancellation, you will be given a full refund of all monies paid.
Returned check charges
· There is a $50 returned check fee.
