German and Laura met on a photography trip through La Pampa, Argentina in 2007. Two years later, they'd traveled over 30 thousand kilometers together through Argentina, Chile, and Brazil. “German was looking to grow his business and I had people asking to travel with me. It was almost as if the idea for La Frontera created itself. Everything came together very quickly. I've traveled alone, with photo groups, and as an assistant on photo tours at least 7 weeks a year since 2000. This has given me a lot of practice creating and evaluating trips for the obsessively photographic! The trips created by La Frontera are the type of adventures I wish I’d found years ago. The guidelines we follow when planning an adventure come directly from all of our own travel experiences."  - Laura

        -          2 care-taker personalities with over achieving tendencies 
        -          the fact that they always have fun together

The Frontera family is growing. We're happy to introduce you to: Santiago Busch Frers, Florencia Tiscornia Biaus, and Diego Bisi. Santi is an adventure guide and mountaineering expert while Florencia and Diego handle all our clients’ needs in Buenos Aires.
